Ruth Beaman

Cremation will take place at Schrader’s Sunset Park Crematory. Her family will hold a graveside service on Monday, August 9, 2010, at 9:30 a.m. at Mountain View Memorial Park Cemetery. A gathering will follow at the home of Dale and Dolores Crock. Mrs. Ruth L. (Dewitz) Beaman, 97, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Monday, August 2, 2010, at the Davis Hospice Center surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Beaman was born January 31, 1913, in Wisner, Nebraska, the daughter of Paul G. and Louella (Lulu) F. (Mariam) Dewitz. She is survived by her son, Jay Beaman and wife, Dee, of Cheyenne; her daughter, Nyla Ann Leonard and husband, Dave, of Tempe, AZ; and five grandchildren, Dava Greenlee of Cheyenne, Heather Beaman of Saskatoon, SK, Canada, Jeff Beaman of Moscow, ID, Dana Biehn of Dayton, OH, and Dan Leonard of Tempe, AZ. She is preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband, Donald Beaman who died on August 1, 2003. Expressions of sympathy in Ruth’s memory may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
