Shannon Briggs

Mrs. Shannon K. (Lowe) Briggs, 54, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning, December 15, 2012, at her home. Mrs. Briggs was born February 19, 1958, in Roseburg, Oregon, a daughter of Cecil James and Beverly Carol (Sims) Lowe. Shannon will be remembered as loving wife, mother and grandmother, and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Shannon is survived by her loving husband, Lloyd Briggs of Cheyenne; her daughter, Jamie Brown and husband, Jeremy, of Torrington, WY; her son, Jason Webb of Casper, WY; her mother, Beverly Lowe of Torrington, WY; two step-daughters, Missy Ruth and Toni Briggs; her sister, Shawn Atkinson and husband, Bill, of Plano, TX; her brother, James Kelley Lowe of Scottsbluff, NE; six grandchildren, Derek Lowe, Kara Cecil, Brook Cecil, Nicole Cecil, Daniel Brown and Joshua Brown; and five step-grandchildren, Angel Briggs, Christopher Talbot, Victoria Talbot, Michaela Talbot and Warren Talbot. She is preceded in death by her father, Cecil James Lowe. A private family service will be held in Torrington at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home, Cheyenne.
