Sharon Patch

Sharon June (Bachman) Patch, 77, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Patch was born December 8, 1937, in Cheyenne, a daughter of the late Paul and Blanche (Stewart) Bachman. Sharon worked as a secretary for the Director of the Internal Revenue Service. She was an active member and Past Matron for the Mizpah Chapter #36 O.E.S., Daughters of the Nile, K-JWC, Ladies of the Shrine, Cheyenne Heritage Quilters, and the Wyoming State Quilt Guild. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Sharon is survived by five children, Deborah Pecenka of Cheyenne, Jeffrey Wilkey of Cheyenne, Carole Warga of Parker, CO, James Patch of Chugwater, WY, and Peggy Patch of Magnolia, TX; a brother, Thurman Bachman of Arizona; ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Walter Patch; and a daughter, Mary Potteiger. A memory service will be celebrated on Monday, December 29, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the First Congregational Church with Pastor Kevin Frank officiating. An interment service will follow at Beth El Cemetery.
