Stacey L. Powell, 39, of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming passed away Monday, May 27, 2019 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Stacey was born August 22, 1979 in Des Moines, Iowa. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
