Stephen Booker

Stephen Booker went to be with his Lord and Savior on August 15, 2014, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Steve was born April 3, 1929 to Adam and Josephine Booker in Grand Junction, CO. He worked many years in the mines, for First United Methodist Church as a custodian, and for Youth Alternatives. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle and especially times with his family. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn, whom he married September 8, 1979; sons, John Booker (Lyn), Randy (Jackie), Wayne (Jeri) , Jim Roberts (Tina), Quentin Roberts (Jackie), and Monte Roberts (Sherri); daughters, Dianna McIntosh (Stephen),and Cherie Martinez (Rick); two brothers; a sister; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant sibling; a sister; a brother; and a daughter. Cremation is under the care of Schrader Funeral Home and private family services will be held.
