Tennie Ballard

Tennie Aaron Ballard, 55, of Cheyenne died September 1, 2015, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. He was born August 31, 1960 in Dallas, TX to Donald and Barbara Ballard. He was a diesel mechanic and a student at Laramie County Community College. He was a member of the Cheyenne Frontier Days Indian Committee and was the volunteer of the year in 2007 for the Parade Committee. He is survived by his children, Mikael Ballard of Lufkin, TX, Mallori Jones of Dallas, TX and Cordell Ballard of Cheyenne; brothers, Joseph Ballard and Leeroy Ballard both Daisetta, TX; and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Celebration of Life will be Tuesday 6:00 p.m. in the Schrader Reception Center. Cremation has taken place and interment of his urn will follow in Texas.
