Teri Johnson

A memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at the Schrader Chapel with Pastor Roger W. Rapp officiating. A reception will immediately follow at the funeral home. Cremation will take place at Schrader’s Sunset Park Crematory. Teri Jean Johnson, 55, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Saturday morning, September 11, 2010, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Teri was born on April 20, 1955, in Cheyenne, a daughter of the late Vern and Gene Marie (Hale) Johnson. A graduate of East High School in 1973, Teri worked for Mountain Bell and the Wyoming Highway Department until she found her calling as a cosmetologist and beautician. She was employed at Cost Cutter in the Frontier Mall and most recently at the salon in Walmart. As a younger woman, she enjoyed fishing and hunting and was considered a terrific shot. She also enjoyed arts and crafts and will be remembered for her contagious laugh. Teri is survived by her daughter, Tracy Lynn Glidewell of Danbury, CT; three siblings, Gary W. Johnson of Highlands Ranch, CO, Karen S. Johnson of Cheyenne, and Stephen E. Johnson of Aurora, CO; and three grandchildren, Christina, Raeanna and Anthony Glidewell.
