Thomas C. Kirchhoff, 66, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, February 12, 2018. Thomas was born August 10, 1951, in Manitou Springs, Colorado, a son of the late George G. and Nancy A. (Harms) Kirchhoff. Once in a while you meet a person that has the most genuinely beautiful heart. Someone who's kindness and compassion is something you rarely see. We've never met a man that was willing to work harder or go further to protect and serve his wife, children, loved ones and friends. He was a good husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He's gone for now from sight but he leaves the world a better place. Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Charol (Mathews) Kirchhoff; two children, Tamara Kirchhoff (David) and Michael Kirchhoff (Karen); brother, Stephen Kirchhoff (Pat); and five grandchildren, Alexis, Alana, Reese, Tommie and Ayden. He is preceded in death by his parents; two children, Tommy and Shaina Kirchhoff; brother, George Kirchhoff; and two sisters, Shirley and Jeannie Kirchhoff. A reception for family and friends will be held Saturday, February 17, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. at 201 Ruth Avenue in Severance, Colorado. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
