Trevor Kimzey

Trevor Scott Kimzey (46) was born January 1, 1975 and passed away July 17, 2021.  Trevor graduated from Laramie High School in 1993, where he excelled in wrestling, 4-H and FFA. After graduation Trevor moved to Pine Bluffs to work for family. On August 29, 1996 Trevor’s son Chris was born.  Trevor and Chris moved back to Laramie to start a family business with his parents.

On July 22, 2006 Trevor married Kara Tecklenburg and gained another son Tristan. The family of four bought a small farm in Pine Bluffs and enjoyed raising livestock and continued to operate the family business.

Trevor was a man of many talents and could accomplish anything he put his mind to. Trevor dreamed big and was always planning his next investment or business idea.  Trevor will always be remembered for his infectious smile, devotion to youth and unwavering support and love for those around him.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Ivan and Delores Bath, grandfather Ralph Kimzey and his son Chris Kimzey.  Trevor is survived by his wife Kara Kimzey and his son Tristan Lind, parents Randy and Jodene Kimzey, brother Corey Kimzey (Jessica), sister Brande DeBree (Josh), grandmother Mary Kimzey and nieces and nephews Taylor and Connor Kimzey; Braiden, Hunter and Baylee DeBree; Laci Tecklenburg and numerous other family members.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 24th, 2021 at the Community Center in Pine Bluffs, WY at 10:30 a.m.
