Velma F. Morgan, 84, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Velma was born November 10, 1934 in Wise County, Virginia. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
