Wesley Moen

Mr. Wesley "Wes" D. Moen, 70, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 3, 2015, at the VA Medical Center in Cheyenne. Mr. Moen was born November 27, 1944, in Montevideo, Minnesota, a son of the late Palmer and Marjorie (Runyon) Moen. Wes served his country bravely in the United States Army during two tours in Vietnam and was awarded the Purple Heart. Wes is survived by his loving wife, Elaine (Williams) Moen of Cheyenne; a son, Gary "Swanny" Swanlund and family of Cheyenne; a daughter, Dawna Bridges and family of Aquilla, TX; a brother, DuWayne Moen and family of Montevideo, MN; and a special cousin and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. At Wes' request, there are no services planned. Cremation is under the direction of Schrader, Aragon & Jacoby Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Schrader, Aragon & Jacoby Funeral Home, Cheyenne.
