William "Bud" Mosher was born September 23, 1928 and passed away October 12, 2016. Back in the day, he was known as the best mechanic in the state of Wyoming. He was married to his wife, Jeannine for 67 years and have three children who thought the sun rose and set on his broad shoulders. He was blessed with 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Bud and Jeannine retired to Lake Hattie outside Laramie and enjoyed the good life at the lake until they moved back to Cheyenne. They truly did have a fairy tale romance, as long as he remembered who the boss was. His daughter, Dena really believes that God needed someone up there to take charge and patiently unravel all the fishing line! His son Bobby remembers his Dad always telling him that "a good man never toots his own horn". His daughter Ronda admired her Dad's ability to "hide and watch". That is, you can always learn from someone if your tongue isn't flapping. His patience and perseverance made him the smartest & most wonderful man we have ever known and will ever know.
