William S. "Bill" Pilger, 74, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away March 20, 2017, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Bill was born January 29, 1943, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, son of William J. and Evelyn (Heller) Pilger. Bill was an avid hunter, fisherman and golfer. He was a teacher for Cudahy Public Schools in Wisconsin. He was also an active member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Constance M. Pilger; son, William B. Pilger (Melinda McCorkle) of Cheyenne; sister, Diane Bush of Starkville, Mississippi; and grandson, Wilson Pilger. He is preceded in death by his parents. A small memorial service will be held Friday, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
