William A. Ramsay, 93, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away November 22, 2018 at the VA Medical Center in Cheyenne. William was born December 26, 1924 in Chalk Butte, South Dakota. A private inurnment will be held at the convenience of the family. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
