William Walker

William R. Walker, 79, of Cheyenne died March 5, 2015 at Davis Hospice Center. He was born April 1, 1935 in Kanorado, KS to William F. and Ila Walker. He married Rita Barrington on December 20, 1961 in Cheyenne. He was a controller for Dinneen Lincoln-Mercury and served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Rita Walker of Cheyenne; sons, William "Willie" Walker and his wife, Claire of Longmont, CO and Stephen Walker of Sun Valley, ID; grandchildren, Adele Walker, Gabrielle Walker and William "Will" Walker, VI; and a sister, Sharon (Bob) Renschler of Lodi, CA and 2 nephews Bobby and Jeff. He was preceded in death by his parents, William F and Ila Walker. Those who wish may contribute to the Cancer Assistance Association, 5700 Dell Range Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82009 Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader Funeral Home and private family services will be held. Memorial services held at a later date.
