Winifred "Winni" Williams, 94, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 1, 2014. Winni was born November 14, 1919, in Lacona, Iowa. She lived a full life working through the ranks at AT&T/Pacific Telephone and retired from the advertising business in 1985. She was an avid and excellent ballroom dancer and taught for Arthur Murray at one time. She taught each of her grandchildren what being loved, unconditionally, meant. She also taught them how to love her 18 great-grandchildren and not to mix their alcohol. Winni is survived by two daughters, Gail Chapple of Cheyenne, and Norma Wilkerson of Los Osos, CA; a son, Lynn Williams of Cheyenne; 12 grandchildren, each of whom were her favorite; and 18 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Kenneth E. Williams; a daughter, Patricia Roden; two grandchildren; and 10 brothers and sisters. A private family service will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home.
