Yvonne Kailey

Cremation has taken place at Schrader’s Sunset Park Crematory and a memorial service will be announced at a later date. Yvonne L. Kailey of Cheyenne died June 2, 2010 at Davis Hospice Center in Cheyenne. She was born December 13, 1917 in Florence, Colorado to Harry and Ida Winters. She married William R. Kailey, Sr on October 10, 1944. She was a cook for the Denver Public Schools. She was a member of Englewood Bible Church and also volunteered at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colo. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Orr of Cheyenne, eight grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ida Winters; her husband William R. Kailey, Sr; children, William R. Kailey, Jr. and Sondra Puckett ; one grandchild; sister Marian Johnson and Madge; a brother Earl Winters.
